OIL CHANGE SERVICE

OIL CHANGE SERVICE

An all-inclusive price (parts and labour) with no surprises for optimised engine performance.

  • Suitable oil for your vehicle (up to 5 litres)
  • Oil filter replacement
  • Report of work carried out

OIL

  • Reduces friction
  • Limits wear on moving parts in your engine (rods, pistons, etc.)
  • Allows proper engine cooling
  • Keeps the engine clean
  • Helps to keep a watertight seal between the cylinder bore and the piston
  • Protects against corrosion
  • Ensures engine start-up in all temperatures. New generation synthetic oils also allow you to:
    • Reduce your CO2 emissions by reducing your fuel consumption
    • Optimise the operation of your engine's filtration systems like the catalytic converter and the particulate filter

THE MAINTENANCE REFLEX
It is essential to maintain the right level of oil. It should be between the min. and max. markings on the dipstick. PEUGEOT recommends checking your oil level every 5,000 km and before long journeys.

PEUGEOT advises you to change the oil in your engine at regular intervals because the oil change is essential. Keeping your engine lubricated, and therefore well maintained, will extend its lifespan and maintain performance.

OIL FILTER

  • Keeps the oil as clean as possible
  • Traps all dust, combustion residue and abrasive particles generated by the normal wear of engine parts
  • Helps to keep the oil cool

PEUGEOT advises you to change the oil filter with every oil change to ensure the longevity of your engine.

WHICH LUBRICANT SHOULD YOU USE?

To ensure the optimum performance of your engine and to meet the requirements of the new technology developed by PEUGEOT, your Maintenance Handbook will tell you exactly which oil is best for your oil change. Sticking to this recommendation will improve the longevity of your vehicle.
SAFETY ENSURED BY PEUGEOT STANDARDS
The Euro 6 emissions standards set maximum levels that should be adhered to without fail.

To ensure even greater quality in the maintenance of your PEUGEOT, depending on the engine, the manufacturer sets its own specific standards for engine lubricants that are even stricter than the European standards.
PEUGEOT STANDARDS FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE
Compatible with biofuels, lubricants that meet the specific PEUGEOT standards actively contribute to reducing harmful emissions, and therefore ensuring the proper operation of the filtration elements of the engine.
