180° REVERSE CAMERA

The reversing camera comes on automatically as soon as the van is put into reverse. It provides a 180° overhead view of the rear zone of the van and its environment. The rear view includes guide lines that rotate with the steering wheel. If there are obstacles at the rear of the vehicle, the system zooms in, supplemented by other views on simple request.

ACTIVE SAFETY BRAKE

The Active Safety Brake is an automatic emergency braking system if an imminent collision is detected. The camera and the radar will detect stationary or moving obstacles. If the driver then fails to brake or if the braking is insufficient, the system applies the brakes on behalf of the driver. It contributes to avoiding an impact if you are driving at less than 30 km/h or to reduce any further consequences, by reducing the impact speed.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

With radar assistance, the adaptive cruise control system(i) Diesel models only  detects a vehicle driving in front in the same direction and can automatically adapt the vehicle's speed to that of the vehicle in front. This occurs using engine braking and the braking system (in which case the brake lights are lit) to maintain a constant distance.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE BATTERY

The electric van PEUGEOT e-Expert integrates a high voltage battery with a capacity of 75 kWh offering a range of 339 km WLTP, while preserving space on board and boot volume.

The battery comes with an 8 year / 160,000 km warranty for 70% of its charge capacity.
DRIVING MODES

The PEUGEOT e-Expert electric commercial van offers three driving modes:

  • Eco: autonomy optimised by adjusting certain settings
  • Normal: optimum comfort for daily use
  • Power: optimised performance when transporting heavy loads
BRAKING MODES

Thanks to regenerative braking, 2 levels of engine braking(i) Moderate or increased battery recharging  are available, allowing you to recharge the battery during deceleration:

  • Moderate (default mode): for a feeling close to an internal combustion engine vehicle
  • Enhanced (“Brake” mode): for accentuated deceleration when the accelerator pedal is released, favouring driving range
